What we do
Volunteer Events
Check out our ongoing volunteer opportunities at our different projects. With private donations, grant funding, and partnerships we:
Annual spring and fall tree plantings
Ongoing tree tending opportunities
Invasive plant removal
Native tree planting reforestation efforts
Establish new nature trails on previously dilapidated inaccessible public land

Keystone 10 Million Trees Partner
Excel Event is a Keystone 10 Million Trees partner. If you are a land owner in Pennsylvania and want native trees or shrubs on your property, get in touch, lets plant your forest.
* Note: As of Spring 2024, Bucks County may not have trees available from this program. Priority Zones are in Central Pennsylvania.

Our Mission
To provide positive things to do in the community by pursuing grant funding, donations, volunteers to cleanup, beautify, and restore native habitat.

With the help of volunteers, we remove invasive plants that take over the native habitat.

Since there is a cost to dispose of things like TVs and Tires they end up being dumped in local forests and commercial property, Volunteers cleanup the areas and we dispose of it properly.

Excel Events is a 501 c3 Non-Profit. We formed our organization to access grant funding to make our community a better place.
